摘要
文章结合互换性与技术测量基础课程的理论教学,设计了一种基于弓高弦长法的非整圆直径及大直径专用量具。通过对其测量不确定度的误差分析以及实验验证,可以有效地帮助学生正确理解间接测量法在机械几何量检测中的实际应用。
Combined with the theoretical teaching of core curricula (Interchangeability and Technical MeasurementS, this paper has designed a specialized instrument for measuring non-entire circle diameter and large diameter which is based on the method of measuring bow high and chord length. Through its error analysis of measuring uncertainty and experimental verification, it can effectively help students accurately understand the practical application of indirect measurement in the detection for mechanical geometry measurement.
