摘要
介绍的专用自动通话计费系统采用二级计算机控制方式，不依赖任何交换设备，能对６４路电话用户进行数据采集及复式计费，具有独特的个人计费功能。该系统采用串行通信及双口ＲＡＭ交换信息，有效地解决串行口和Ｉ／Ｏ口不足的技术问题；状态迁移法在呼叫过程中应用。
A private automatic message accounting system with two level computer control is presented. The system independent of any switching equipment is capable of data acquisition and compound message accounting for 64 subscribers, and the personal message accounting is its unique function. It exchanges information with series communication and dual port RAM, therefore the technical difficulty in the deficient series and I/O ports was solved. The status step method used in the call process has also solved the unity problem of real time scheduling and multiprocessing.
