摘要
目的研究当归挥发油对兔离体胃底、胃体、十二指肠、空肠和回肠平滑肌张力的影响。方法采用兔离体胃肠平滑肌条,通过二道生理记录仪描记胃肠平滑肌等长收缩或舒张的肌张力变化曲线,计算肌张力变化率。结果当归挥发油对兔离体胃底、胃体、十二指肠、空肠和回肠平滑肌均具有舒张作用,且呈现浓度依赖关系。结论当归挥发油能舒张兔离体胃肠平滑肌,降低肌张力。
Objective To study the effects of angelica essential oil on extracorporeal gastric fundus, gastric body, duodenum＇, jejunum and ileum smooth muscle of rabbits. Methods Adopted extracorporeal gastrointestinal smooth muscle strips of rabbits, through the two polygraph trace recorded gastrointestinal smooth muscle contraction or relaxation of isometric muscle tension curves to calculate rate of change of muscle tension. Results Angelica essential oil had relaxing effect on extracorporeal gastric fundus, gastric body, duodenum, jejunum and ileum smooth muscle of rabbits, and in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion Angelica essential oil can relax extraeorporeal gastrointestinal smooth muscle of rabbits, and decrease muscle tension.
