摘要 卫星系统资源高利用率和业务QoS(服务质量)保证是卫星系统设计的两个重要目标,但两者相互矛盾。导致该矛盾的根本原因是文件传输业务等的高突发性和流业务等的高实时性,通过更有效的带宽动态按需分配BOD(Bandwidth on Demand)机制可以解决上述矛盾。近来,针对用户业务量大,对实时性要求极高的情况,出现了一种基于MF-TDMA VSAT系统的跳速MF-TDMA VSAT系统。该系统所具有的实时BOD功能,能够有效保障实时性业务的带宽和服务质量,即便有较重业务突发时,对实时性要求极高的流业务也不会产生抖动、断续等问题,保证了传输数据的QoS要求。 High availability of satellite system resource and guarantee of Quality of Service (QoS) are two important goals when we design Satellite system, but they conflict with each other. The essential reason causing the conflict between the two goals is the big burst of file transfer traffics and highly real time of flow traffics. We can adopt more effective technology of Bandwidth on Demand (BOD) to solve the conflict. MultiSpeed MF-TDMA VSAT System is one advanced system which supports multi-speed in MF-TDMA VSAT System. Multi-Speed MF-TDMA VSAT System is especially fit for high traffic and high real-time traffic. The realtime BOD technology which is provided by Multi-Speed MF-TDMA VSAT System can effectively guarantee the bandwidth and service quality of real-time services. The QoS of flow-traffics will be ensured even if burst-traffics appear.
