摘要
目的探讨护理干预对使用无创呼吸机治疗老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果的影响。方法对58例使用无创呼吸机的老年COPD患者,随机抽样分为对照组和护理干预组,比较两组患者治疗效果及并发症发生例数。结果护理干预组较对照组治疗效果存在差异,并发症发生例数存在差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以提高治疗质量,避免减少并发症的发生。
Objective To discuss the effect and influence of nursing intervention for elderly patients with COPD and respiratory failure treated by noninvasive ventilator. Methods 58 patients were allocated to control group or invention group by random sampling. Then the curative effects and conplieations were compared. Results There were siginificnat differerces between two groups in effects and complications （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention increased curative effects and decreased the incidence of complications.
