摘要
目的探讨睾丸卵黄囊瘤的声像图特征及病理学基础。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检查8例睾丸卵黄囊瘤,观察其声像图表现,并与病理对照。结果睾丸卵黄囊瘤具有特征性声像图改变,边界清楚,内回声低而后方回声轻度增强,血供丰富。其上述特征相应的病理基础为:大量的小型瘤细胞以及间质排列成疏松的微囊状或网状结构。结论睾丸卵黄囊瘤声像图具有一定的特征性,超声结合年龄及AFP检查有助于本病与睾丸炎及其他类型的睾丸肿瘤鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features and its relative pathologic basis of the testicular yolk sac tumor. Methods Testicular yolk sac tumors were examined in 8 patients by color Doppler blood ultrasound. The relationship between ultrasonographic of tumors and corresponding pathologic findings were studied. Results Uhrasonographic findings of testicular yolk sac tumors often showed lobulated, clear margins, hypoechoic lesions with posterior enhancement and rich blood flow within the tumor. Pathologic findings of testicular yolk sac tumors indicated that there were a lot of small tumor ceils and interstitial tissue in microcystic or reticular pattern. Conclusion Sonographic images of the testicular yolk sac tumor are of features. Ultrasound examination in combination with age and AFP can be helpful in the differentiation of the testicular yolk sac tumor from testitis and the other testicular tumors.
