非甾体抗炎药致下消化道出血一例报告
摘要
患者，男，64岁。因“头昏伴胸闷9年”余于2006年1月10日入院。患者九年前无明显诱因下出现头昏不适，1年前曾在本院心内科住院治疗，诊断为“高血压病冠心病”住院期间予以拜阿司匹林及其他抗血小板药、扩张冠状动脉、降压等治疗。
