摘要
给出了一个新的冒口计算公式,它比传统的模数法和热节园法更精确地反映金属凝固机理。利用新公式计算冒口尺寸可以提高工艺出品率,降低材料消耗和能源消耗。
A new formula for calculating the riser size was put forward in this paper.h is more presize in reflecting the solidification mechanisms compared to the traditional modulus method and heat node circular method.The yield of production increases and the consumption of raw materials and energy decreases by using this new formule.
