摘要
针对当前社会上出现的对于专利制度不正确的认识,本文提出:正确认识和理解专利制度的制度功能以及专利制度对于当前我国经济社会发展的重要作用,完善专利制度,强化对专利的保护,改革我国现行的专利制度,优化专利制度的制度环境,大力加强知识产权文化建设。
Making a study of some misunderstanding of the patent system of China, this paper puts forward some viewpoints about the patent system of China, such as to accurately understand the function of patent system and the effect of patent system on the e- conomy and society development, to firmly improve the patent system, to enhance patent protect, to reform current patent system, to optimize favorable environment of patent system and intellectual property.
