摘要
针对天津港物流信息平台仅限于区域内或企业级的情况,结合天津港实际业务和天津港物流信息平台的建设背景,基于港口代系及供应链管理的理论基础,确定了天津港物流信息平台功能及发展思路。根据供应链纵向一体化及横向一体化的管理原则,设计了天津港物流信息平台的综合模型。该模型以专项物流体系为基础,园区物流协助体系为扩充,电子口岸、电子政务体系及金融服务体系为支撑,港口中心增值服务体系为特色,兼具港际合作接口的区域性、整合型和综合通用性。
Tianjin Port logistics information platform is a logistics platform of enterprise - class. Combined with the actual business situation of Tianjin Port and based on the theories of vertical integration and horizontal integration principles of supply chain man- agement, new Tianjin Port logistics information platform model was designed. The platform includes the foundation layer and the application layer. It was based on professional logistics system, enlarged by the park expanding logistics and supported by e - port, e - government and financial service system. The special feature of the platform was its value - added services of Tianjin Port sys- tem. Furthermore, the co - operation interfaces among different ports were designed. It can be consequently called integrated and comprehensive platform.
