摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗休克型异位妊娠的有效性及安全性。方法:对71例手术治疗的休克型异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中采用腹腔镜手术治疗40例(腹腔镜组),剖腹探查手术31例(开腹组)。结果:腹腔镜组40例手术过程顺利,无一例中转开腹。两组失血量和手术时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后肠管排气时间两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗休克型异位妊娠是安全、有效的。
Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of operative laparoscopy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy with hypovolemic shock. Methods：The clinical data of 71 patients with hypovolemic shock due to ectopic pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively. Forty of them received laparoscope therapy and 31 laparotomy therapy. Results：The operation was successful in all the cases in laparoscopic group and no one was converted to laparotomy. The intra-abdominal blood loss and operating time between the two groups had no statistical difference（P 〉0.05）. The time of anus exsufflation in laparoscope therapy was significant shorter than that in laparotomy therapy（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions：Operative laparoscopy is safe and effective for treatment of ectopic pregnancy with hypovolemic shock.
