摘要
历史风貌街区凝聚了城市发展过程中积淀下来的无形文化财富,可视为城市发展中重要的"文化资本"。由于经济利益的驱使与休闲消费方式的转变,与过去单纯强调保护所不同的,当前相当数量的历史风貌街区呈现出"时尚化"发展的趋势。基于此,在研究历史风貌街区的概念特征与背景成因的同时,解读出其"时尚化"的发展道路与发展背后的隐忧,并通过"城市文化资本最大化"观点的提出,探索不同发展程度的城市中该类地区的综合发展策略。
The historical ritual block congeals invisible culture wealth which is accumulated in the urban development process and it seems an important cultural capital during the process. Compared with focusing on the simple protect in the past, as the drive of economic interest and the turn of casual consumption style, the reasonable quantities of historical ritual block emerge fashionable trend. Based on it, while investigating conceptcharacteristics and background-causes, this paper explains the road to development and the threats hiding in it. In term of out-bring of maximized urban cultural capital, we track out comprehensive development strategies of historical ritual blocks of cities in different development degrees.
