甲型H1N1流感并发肺炎的影像诊断 被引量：3

摘要 由新型流感病毒（甲型H1N1病毒）感染引发的流感自2009年3月后在世界范围内流行，至今已波及100余个国家，部分患者并发肺炎，被公认为最严重的肺部并发症，在季节性流感中少见。1918年流感大流行和1957年甲型H2N2流感的大流行，被认为是导致健康年轻人和某些亚群因流感病死的主要原因。笔者就流感并发肺炎的影像表现综述如下。
