小儿胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤两例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿女，8岁，发热4d入院。腹平软，无压痛，肝脾肋下未及。CT示胰尾一直径约2．6cm类圆形团块，CT值约40HU，边界清，增强后病灶呈渐进性强化（图1A，1B）。MRI示胰尾部一类圆形团块，大小约2．6cm×2．4cm，在T1WI呈低信号，在T2WI及STIR序列呈高信号，增强扫描病灶呈中度强化（图1C，1D）。术中见胰尾部肿块与胰腺粘连紧密，易出血，大小约3．0cm×2．5cm，切除肿块和胰腺尾部，术程顺利。镜下见肿瘤细胞呈实性及假乳头状排列，部分肿瘤细胞围绕纤细的血管轴心排列，细胞无异型性，灶区偶见核分裂。
