摘要
从建筑可持续性设计的角度,论述建筑设计中引入建筑信息模型(BIM)的理念和方法。探讨通过BIM与性能化分析模拟软件的结合,对建筑设计中复杂而不能定性分析出结果的部分进行模拟的方法,进而找到改进建筑设计的依据,从而以较小代价实现可持续建筑设计。
By considering sustaining design in architecture, the article invites the concept of Building Information Model (BIM) while elaborating the methods of construction design. With the consolidation of BIM and performance-analyzing software, we are then able to find out some parts that too complicated to be analyzed. Therefore, we find out the root to improve designing methods and finally the sustaining design realized with relatively small cost.
