摘要
大连—旅顺地区桥头组分布广泛。桥头组可划分为５个岩性段，各段的上下界线清楚，岩性组合特征明显且分布稳定。通过对桥头组沉积构造、岩性组合的分析，判断桥头组的沉积环境总体为潮坪相，古流向分析表明，桥头组沉积时的古陆位于测区北部，古海岸走向近东西。
Qiaotou Formation(F.),which widely distributs in Dalian Lüshun area,can be subdivided into 5 lithologic members. The boundarylines of each members are distinct with obvious characteristics of lithologic assemblages and stable distribution. Analysis on sedimentary structures and lithologic assemblages of Qiaotou F.suggeste that the sedimentary environment of Qiaotou F. in all is a tidal flatfacies. Direction of paleo water flow show that the paleo land located in the north of the studied area and the paleo seacoast was nearly EW stretching.
