摘要
目的:观察侧方内括约肌切断术加裂口清创缝合术治疗慢性肛裂的临床疗效。方法:采用该手术方式治疗慢性肛裂56例,与同期侧方内括约肌切断术、裂口单纯清创术治疗陈旧性肛裂52例进行对比观察。结果:试验组治愈率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义,试验组在术后创口治愈时间、术后并发症等方面优于对照组。结论:该术式治疗慢性肛裂,具有术后并发症少、创口愈合时间短的特点,疗效满意。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of lateral internal sphincterotomy plus tip debridement suture on chronic anal fissure. Methods：A comparative analysis were undertaken between treatment group （n=56,treated with current method） and control group （n=52,treated with lateral internal sphincterotomy plus tip debridement）. Results： No significant difference in efficacy between groups, but favored would heal time and reduced complications in treatment group. Conclusion： Such surgical method achieve lower complication incidence, reduce would heal time and satisfying efficacy on chronic anal fissure.
