摘要
通过对南屿明矾石矿的地质特征、开发利用现状及前景进行分析研究，认为低品位明矾石可以开发利用。该矿山如果得到合理开发利用，将产生较大的经济效益和社会经济效益。
The Nanyu aluminite deposit, located in 18 km southwest of Fuzhou City, has the proved reserves of 15 million tons. The paper focuses on the discussion of geological characteristics of the deposit and the current and future situation of exploitation and utilization for the deposit. According to the analytical results, it is considered that the low-grade aluminite ore fi'om the Nanyu aluminite deposit can be used in the cement production, which has better economic and social benefits.
