摘要
采用盆栽试验的方法研究重金属Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn复合污染对鹅毛竹生理生化特性的影响,结果表明:在一定的重金属浓度范围内,随着各种重金属浓度的增加,鹅毛竹的叶绿素合成受到抑制,细胞膜的透性增加,MDA含量增加;2种保护酶对不同处理水平的重金属响应不同,其中APX表现出强的自我调节能力,随着重金属浓度的升高,APX的活性不断升高,但是GR活性呈现下降趋势且总体低于对照。
The effect of combined Pb ,Cd ,Cu ,Zn stress on the physiological and biochemical characteristic of Shibataea chinensis was studied by pot experiment. The result showed that in heavy metals concentration range,When the treatment concentration of different heavy metals increased ,the synthesis of cholorophyll in Shibataea chinensis was inhibited greatly ,permeance of cell membrane was increased,and the content of MDA was also increased. The response of two defensive enzymes in Shibataea chinensis was different to the treatment of heavy metals concentrations. The enzymes of APX had stronger ability of self-adjustable activity. With the increasing concenteation of heavy metals. The activity of APX was increased gradually,but the GR were decreased and lower than CK on generally.
