摘要
该文分析了矿山立井使用的传统的物料定重装载方式的缺点,针对目前市场的需要,设计开发了液压定量称重水平装载系统,解决了板式运输机定重装载设备的缺点,具有计量运输机定重装载的所有优点。该系统整体机构简单,称重部件技术先进,整机运行平稳,维护方便,具有广阔的市场前景。
We analyze the defects of traditional materials loading way in this paper. In view of the needs of design colleges and mining groups, we have designed horizontal loading way . It has solved the problems of plate - type carrier while loading materials into facilities quantitatively and possesses the advantage of quantitative metrological cartier. The complete machines of this system are simple, weighing parts are adopted advanced techniques, the machines run smoothly and maintain conveniently ,and so on . It has perspective market potential.
