摘要
目的提高微创睾丸穿刺术的护理技术水平,减少并发症。方法从2007年7月～2009年10月共210例无精子症患者应用微创睾丸穿刺活检取曲细精管。结果210例患者均成功取出曲细精管。结论做好心理护理、术前准备、术中密切配合、术后的健康宣教,能有效地预防微创睾丸穿刺活检术后并发症的发生。
Objective To elevate the nursing level for minimal invasive puncture biopsy of testis decreasing complications. Methods 210 cases of azoospermia patients were performed minimally invasive puncture biopsy of testis from July 2007 to October 2009. Results All of the 210 patients have been successfully taken out the seminiferous tubules. Nursing points：Gcod psychological care, preoperative preparation, intraoperative close cooperation and the healthy propaganda after surgery can effectively prevent invasire testicular biopsy complications,
