免疫透射比浊法测定肿瘤特异性生长因子的价值

摘要 目的评价免疫透射比浊法测定肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)的准确性及重复性,并与微粒子酶免疫法进行比较。方法采用免疫透射比浊法和微粒子酶免疫法测定100份血清样本TSGF表达量,评价两种检测方法的阳性符合率和阴性符合率,并采用免疫透射比浊法检测低浓度和高浓度TSGF血清,评价免疫透射比浊法的批内CV和批间CV。结果免疫透射比浊法和微粒子酶免疫法测定TSGF无统计学差别(p=0.167),两种检测方法阳性符合率为94.3%,阴性符合率为93.3%,总符合率为94.0%;免疫透射比浊法重复检测低浓度和高浓度TSGF批内CV分别为3.5%和3.9%,低浓度和高浓度TSGF批间CV分别为3.8%和4.0%。结论免疫透射比浊法与微粒子酶免疫法检测TSGF,具有较好的阳性符合率和阴性符合率,同时免疫透射比浊法批内CV和批间CV均较低,值得临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy and reproducibility of TSGF detection by immune turbidimetric assay and also compared with MEIA. Methods The TSGF level of 100 samples was analyzed by immune turbidimetric assay and MEIA. We compared the positive accordant ratio and negative accordant ratio of these two methods and we also evaluated the intra CV and inter CV of immune turbidimetric assay. Results There was no significant difference between immune turbidimetrie assay and MEIA(p = 0. 167 ). The positive accordant ratio was 94. 3%, the negative accordant ratio was 93.3% and the total accordant ratio was 94. 0%. The intra CV in low and high level of TGSF were 3.5% and 3.9% respectively, and the inter CV in low and high level of TGSF were 3.8% and 4. 0%. Condusion The positive accordant ratio and negative accordant ration of TSGF detection by immune turbidimetrie assay and MEIA were similar. The intra and inter CV in immune turbidimetrie assay were low and deserved to clinical application.
