摘要
以人为本是科学发展观视域内的"人"的出场路径。这不仅是对马克思人的学说的坚持和发展,也是在总结我国改革开放和现代化建设的经验教训,吸收国内外社会发展的理论与实践的经验教训的基础上形成的,同时也是党的几代领导集体在现代化发展过程中对人的问题的深刻反思与追问所做出的选择。在科学发展观的视域内,以人为本、人的全面发展是其本质和核心。
The people-centered principle is the wayout for people in Scientific Outlook on Development. This is actually the adherence to and development of the Marxist theory about human being; it is also the result of our summarization about the experiences and lessons of our reform and opening-up and our references to the theories and practices of social de- velopment both at home and abroad;and it is also the choice made by the generations of our Party from their profound reflec- tions on issues about human being in the process of modernization. In Scientific Outlook on Development, to put people first and develop human being in an overall way is its essence and key point.
