法舒地尔辅助治疗国人不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对法舒地尔辅助治疗国人不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效的Meta分析。方法制定文献的纳入标准,检索维普信息数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Medline、ISIWeb of knowledge及Science Direct关于法舒地尔辅助治疗国人不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效原始研究,评价纳入文献质量,进行Meta分析。用漏斗图分析发表性偏倚。结果四项研究被纳入Meta分析,其中治疗组172例,对照组163例。按Peto固定效应模型合并后,其OR:4.38,95%CI:2.14~7.35,P<0.0001。漏斗图分析提示无发表性偏倚。结论在常规治疗前提下,法舒地尔辅助治疗国人不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效有进一步改善。 Objective To perform Meta analysis of clinical therapeutic effect with Chinese unstable angina peetoris treated by fasudil-assisted therapy. Methods According to including and excluding criteria formulated, the original articles involving assessment of Chi- nese unstable angina pectoris treated by fasudil-assisted therapy were searched in Pubmed, Medline, ISI Web of knowledge, Science Direct, Wanfang data, etc. Articles searched were assessed and Meta analysis was performed. Publication bias was judged by Funnel plot. Results Meta analysis was performed about 4 articles, including 172 subjects in treatment group and 163 subjects in control group. After combination followed by Peto fixed effect model, the pooled odds ratio (OR) was 4.38 and 95 %, confidence interval (CI) 2.14 - 7.35, P〈0. 0001. No publication bias was confirmed by Funnel plot. Conclusions Clinical therapeutic effect was further improved in Chinese unstable angina pectoris treated by fasudil-assisted therapy on the basis of conventional therapy.
