摘要
目的评价CT定位电子支气管镜活检并刷检,结合CT引导经皮肺活组织检查在肺外周病变诊断中的价值。方法117例肺外周病变患者先进行CT定位电子支气管镜肺活检和刷检138次,对未获得诊断的58例患者,再进行CT引导下应用手动弹簧切割活检针经皮肺活检93次。结果经电子支气管镜肺活检并刷检获得诊断者59例,诊断率50.4%。经皮肺穿刺活检获得诊断者51例,诊断率87.9%。二者结合后的诊断率明显提高,为94.0%。结论CT定位电子支气管镜肺活检并刷检,结合CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检,可明显提高肺外周病变的诊断率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic value of peripheral pulmonary lesions by means of CT-located EOBB combined CT-guided percutaneous automatic elastic biopsy. Methods CT-located electric bronchoscope lung biopsy and brushing biopsy were performed 138 times in 117 cases with peripheral pulmonary lesions, and CT-guided percutaneous automatic elastic biopsy were performed 93 times in 58 cases who were not able to be diagnosed by electric bronchoscope lung biopsy and brushing biopsy. Results 59 cases were diagnosed by electric bronchoscope lung biopsy and brushing biopsy with the diagnosis rate of 50.4%. 51 cases were diag- nosed by percutaneous automatic elastic biopsy with the diagnosis rate of 87.9%. The diagnosis rate of a combination of the two methods obviously increased to 94.0%. Conclusion Electric bronchoscope lung biopsy and brushing biopsy combined CT-guided percutaneous automatic elastic biopsy can obviously improve diagnostic accuracy of peripheral pulmonary lesions, which deserves clinical application widely.
