摘要
提高高校大型仪器设备使用效率与效益的核心是如何促进大型仪器设备开发与应用的程度。围绕大型仪器设备的引进,通过构建适宜个体发展的教研环境,同时建立健全加强实验技术队伍凝聚力和稳定性的措施及机制,全面促进高校大型仪器设备的开发与应用。
This is the key to improve the utilization efficiency and benefit of the large-scale instrument of colleges and universities. Furthermore, according to constructing teaching and research environment and establishing and improving the measures and mechanism to strengthen the cohesiveness and the stability of experiment technician group, the large-scale instruments are imported to promote the development and application of large-scale instruments and equipments in colleges and universities.
