经心大静脉射频消融心外膜室性早搏一例 被引量:1

摘要 患者女性,术前经心电图诊断为频发流出道室性早搏。在Carto标测系统下行射频消融术,术中在右室流出道、左室流出道、左冠窦消融均未成功,消融电极在冠状静脉分支心大静脉标测到较体表Ⅱ导波峰提前112ms的靶点,消融成功。该病例提示对流出道室性早搏常规标测消融无效,要考虑冠状静脉分支标测消融的可能性。
