摘要
基于有限元分析软件ANSYS中的优化技术,采用零阶优化方法对双体采砂船门型架结构进行优化设计。介绍门型架有限元模型的建模方法、边界条件的选择等。通过优化门型架结构中各构件的截面尺寸,在满足强度要求的条件下达到了减轻结构重量的目的。
Based on the optimization modal in ANSYS, the structural design for the portal framed structure of a double-hull sand dredge was optimized. The modeling method of the portal framed structure and the boundary condition were described. By optimizing the cross section sizes of the portal framed structure component, the weight of the portal framed structure had been decreased when it meets the requirement of strength.
