摘要
利用气相色谱串联质谱检测方法,对奶粉,液态奶及鸡蛋试样中的三聚氰胺用无水甲醇超声提取,经混合型阳离子交换固相萃取柱净化,且净化液用BSTFA+TMCS(99:1)进行硅烷化衍生,衍生产物采用选择离子监测质谱扫描模式,用化合物的保留时间和质谱碎片的丰度比定性,外标法定量。方法最低检出限为0.05mg/kg,回收率范围为72%～88%,相对偏差为0.38%～0.52%。
By using gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry detection methods,melamine in samples of milk powder,milk and eggs was extracted with methanol by ultrasonic,the mixed-cation exchange SPE purified,clean liquid was derivatized by BSTFA＋TMCS（99：1）,derivative products using SIM mode,with the compound retention time and abundance of mass to qualitative.The method limit of detection is 0.05 mg/kg,external standard quantitation,recovery is from 72%to 88%,the coefficient of variation is from 0.38%to 0.52%.
