摘要
为了对高校思想政治教育绩效进行有效评价,首先从学科建设、专业教师队伍建设、学生培养和社会效应四个维度构建了绩效评价体系,然后利用网络分析法并通过Super Decisions软件对指标体系中各个指标的相对权重进行了分配,所建指标体系可为评价高校思想政治教育绩效提供一种有效的参考工具,也可为提高高校思想政治教育水平提供量化依据和评判标准。
For evaluate the ideological and political education performance effectively in universities, it ＇s firstly establishes a performance evaluation system from the following four dimensions： disciplinary development, teaching staff improvement, students training and social effects, and then Analytic Network Process （ANP） is used to measure the weight coefficient of each index in the evaluation system with the help of one software-Super Decisions. This index system not only provide a useful reference for evaluating performance of ideological and political education in universities, but also it provides quantitative basis and assessment criterion for improving ideological and political education in universities.
