摘要 以我国江西某地产高岭土为原料,经900℃40min焙烧处理,与NaOH水溶液按一定的配比在90℃进行水热反应制得了钙离子交换量大于310mgCaCO3/g的优质4A分子筛,研究了反应条件对钙离子交换量的影响进行了研究,提出了生产满足洗涤剂助剂要求的4A分子筛产品的基本工艺参数。 In this work, a kind of high quality 4A zeolite with a exchange amount of Ca 2+ ion over 310 mg CaCO 3/g zeolite has been synthesized by using kaolin as raw materials, which were calcined for 40 min at 900 ℃ and then reacted with NaOH aqueous.The effects of the synthesis conditions on the exchange amount of Ca 2+ ion of 4 A zeolite have been studied, and technological parameters being fit for requirement of detergent aid were supposed.
