摘要
针对煤化工设备中气化炉主壳体用SA-387Gr11CL2钢,进行了不同厂家相应国产焊接材料力学性能的试验研究,并与日本神户制钢同等级焊接材料进行对比分析,发现通过与焊材厂家合作改变焊材配方,添加对机械性能有益的合金元素,能够使国产焊材满足生产要求,并展望了国产焊材未来的研究方向和应用前景。
For the alloy steel SA-387GrllCL2 of falsifier's main shell,the article studies welding material's mechanical properties which was made by different manufaeturers, and compared the resuls to the same level welding material of Kobe Steel of Japan.Found the changes in co-operation with the welding consumables manufacturers formula,add a useful mechanical properties of alloying elements, enabling to meet the production requirements of domestic welding and discussing research directions and application prospects of the domestic welding consumable.
