摘要
用XRD、IR、DSC和SEM等分析方法研究了聚合物粉末直接熔融嵌入合成聚氧乙烯(PEO)-蒙脱石夹层复合材料的过程。结果表明:90℃PEO熔融能够嵌入蒙脱石层间,其嵌入量随热处理时间增加。热处理10h的样品,PEO已完全嵌入层间,蒙脱石的d001值由层间含吸附水的15.54增加到层间含PEO的17.99;同时在DSC测量范围内层间PEO熔融吸热峰的消失。
The synthesis of poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO) montmorillonite composite by direct melt intercalation of polymer powders in layered silicates is studied by using XRD, IR,DSC and SEM, etc.The results show that melt PEO can intercalate into montmorillonite at 90 ℃, and the intercalation amount of PEO increases with heat treatment times.In the sample of heat treatment 10 hours, all PEO has already intercalated in montmorillonite layer.The d 001 value of montmorillonite increases from 15.54 to 17.79 , and the glass transition of PEO intercalated in montmorillonite layer has been eliminated in the range of DSC measurement.
