摘要
本文以改良石炭酸品红为染色液，代替常规Feulgen染色液，探讨其对蚕豆根尖细胞微核实验的染色效果．结果表明以改良石炭酸品红为染色液，可以得到很好的染色效果．
In this paper,we replace the regular Feulgen with the improved Cstnol. fuchsin as dye solution to study dying effect on the cells of top of horsebean root. The results show that there is better dying effect with the Csnol. fuchsin as dye solution.
