A Study of Radiation Enhanced Interfacial Adhesion of Incompatible PP/PE Polymer Blend

摘要 介绍了改善不相容聚合物共混物界面粘接的一种崭新方法,应用SEM技术以动态热力学进行研究。探讨辐射增强界面反应时PP/PE不相容共混物体系相界面粘接的影响。并结合溶解度参数的方法评估多官能团单体TMPTM在PP/PE共混物中的分布状况。结果表明,辐射增强界面反应方法是改善不相容聚合物共混物界面粘接的有效途径。 A new method of improving the interfacial adhesion of incompatible polymer blend is introduced. The influence of radiation to enhance the interfacial reaction on the interfacial adhesion of PP/PE incompatible polymer blend was studied by SEM; and together with the method of solubility,the distribution of polyfunctional monomer TMPTM in the PP/PE blend was estimated. The results show that to enhance the interfacial reaction by radiation is an effective method for improving the interfacial adhesion between the incompatible patible polymers.
