摘要
依据宾汉流体本构方程,建立了适用于求解宾汉流体湍流流动的控制方程。采用压力加权校正算法,实现了宾汉流体速度场与压力场的关联。在理论研究基础上,对圆管内宾汉流体湍流流动进行了数值研究,取得了与已有的实验结果吻合较好的结果;同时,对直圆管内宾汉流体屈服应力和塑性粘度对湍流流动的影响进行了探讨。
Bingham fluid is one branch of Non - Newtonian fluids. However, the study of Bingham fluid, to our best knowledge, is very limited. In aecordance with the Bingham fluid three dimensional constitutional relationships, we established the governing equations of Bingham fluid turbulent flow. We correlated pressure field with velocity field through a pressure correction equation derived by us. We performed numericai computations of Bingham fluid turbulent flow in a straight circular pipe. The conclusions are as follows:(1) At the axis of the pipe, there is a flow - core and the gradient of velocity is zero.(2) The intensity of turbulence at the axis of the pipe is bigger than zero.(3) When the yield stress and plastic viscosity increase, the turbulence intensity decreases and its distribution tends to be more and more nonuniform.
