摘要
无间隙金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)的安全运行是电力系统可靠运行的保证。介绍了一例220 kV金属氧化物避雷器红外热缺陷:B相上节与其他两相最高温差为2.1 K;带电检测和停电试验结果超出Q/GDW-2008《输变电设备状态检修试验规程》要求,确定了故障的存在;通过解体检查发现了故障原因:电阻片受潮、局部放电。分析指出,金属氧化物避雷器主要故障为内部受潮、电阻片老化及局部放电等,伴随局部温升,红外热像技术能快速、有效的发现此类故障,是诊断氧化物避雷器故障的重要手段。
Safety operation of metal oxide arresters (MOA) is the guarantee of power system stabilization. The thermal defect of 220 kV MOA and was introduced, which was detected by infrared diagnosis while the max temperature difference between the top unit of phase B and the others was 2.1K, The defect was confirmed when the result of de-energized tests exceed the requirement of Q/GDW- 2008 "Regulation of test and condition-based maintenance for electric transmission and transformation equipment"; and the cause was detected by MOA disassembly as resistance moisture and partial dis- charge. Analysis shows that the main faults of MOA are moisture ingress, resistance ageing, partial discharge and so on with the local temperature rising. The important role of infrared diagnosis for MOA Infrared thermal imaging technology which can quickly and efficiently detecting such a faults is the important method for diagnosing MOA faults.
