大豆种子特异性启动子研究进展 被引量:5

Advances of Studies on Seed-specific Promoters of Soybean

摘要 种子中的营养成分是植物基因工程改良的重要目标,种子特异性启动子能够调控外源基因在种子中专一性表达,利用高效特异性强的种子特异性启动子可以按照人们的意愿改进及提高种子中营养物质含量。因此,明确大豆中种子特异启动子的调控机制及获得更多大豆种子特异性启动子对大豆改良研究及应用具有巨大的推动作用,该文综述了种子特异性启动子顺式作用元件、相关转录因子的特点及大豆中种子特异性启动子在植物基因工程中研究应用的最新进展。 The nutrient contents of plants seeds are the important target for plant genetic engineering. The seed-specific promoters can promote the exogenous genes to express specially in the seed,improve and raise the nourishment material content in the seed as desired. Thus ,making the regulation mechanism of seed-specific promoters clearly and obtaining more seed- specific promoters from soybean will accelerate the research and application of soybean. It summarized the characteristics of cis-elements and transcription factors and the recent research advances of seed-specific promoters of soybean.
