摘要
从现实和理论层面论证加强科技资源管理研究的必要性,对科技资源管理的内涵进行了界定,从基本属性、管理方式、支撑手段和空间尺度4个维度构建科技资源管理理论框架,并对科技资源管理研究的理论与方法论基础进行了初步探讨。本研究可为科技资源管理理论的构建和完善提供参考和借鉴。
This paper demonstrates the necessity of strengthening the study on Science and Technology （S＆ T） resources management from the practical and theoretical perspective, redefines the connotation of S ＆ T resources management, constructs the theoretical framework of S ＆ T resources management in four dimensions： has resources attributes, resource flows, support tools and spatial scales, discusses the theoretical and methodologicalbasis of S ＆ T resources management research. This study will provide some reference for the construction and improvement of the theory S ＆ T resources management.
