摘要
基于Copula函数,刻画零件间失效的相关结构,给出机械系统的相关性可靠度预计模型;并验证了该模型比传统独立性模型更符合工程实际情况。给出了相对失效概率的相关性可靠度分配方法以及零件失效相关条件下的再分配方法,拓宽了系统可靠性分配的应用面。最后,通过算例,说明该理论方法的可行性、有效性。
The failure correlative structures existed in components of mechanical systems have been characterized by means of Capula functions, it presents a correlation reliability prediction model ,then ver- ified the model was more consistent with the actual engineering than traditional independent models. The improved reliability allocation method according to relative failure probability and the reallocation algo- rithms in relative failure condition for components were also given,they have extended the application area of system reliability allocation. Finally, a practical case calculation demonstrates the feasibility and effec- tiveness of the correlation reliability prediction and allocation theory and solutions based on Copulas.
