摘要
机械密封CAD技术可以提高设计的可靠性和设计效率,国内机械密封CAD技术主要实现了机械密封的图形绘制和图形管理,而国外的机械密封CAD技术包含有详细的性能分析。综述了国内外机械密封CAD技术的概况,展示了国内的发展历程和现状,并与国外的先进软件CSTEDY/CTRANS进行分析对比,指出存在的差距。提出基于网络的远程设计、分析和协同设计等设计理念是将来机械密封CAD技术发展的一个方向。
Design reliability and efficiency can be increased by the application of the CAD technology of mechanical seal. At present, the CAD software of the mechanical seal in China mainly realize the functions of drawing the draws and managing the related information, whereas the advanced mechanical seal CAD software in some developed countries contains the function of analysis. This paper presents a review concerning the progress of the CAD technology of mechanical seal. The development history and the current situation of the CAD technology in China are presented, compared with the advanced mechanical seal CAD software, such as the CSTED/CTRANS. The existed difference is shown. It is put forward that the design ideas of web-based, such as remote design or/and analysis, collaborative design, etc. is one of the directions of the CAD technology of mechanical seal in the future.
