摘要
以广西省为例,分析了老龄化形势下农村养老面临的"老"的扩大和"养"的弱化之间的矛盾,基于当前形势,提出构建以家庭养老、土地养老为基础,以社会养老保险为核心,以商业养老保险为补充的三位一体农村综合养老模式。
The contradict between the increase of the aged and the weakening of the safeguard of rural supporting for the aged under the situation of aging was analyzed.Based on current status,it was put forward that triune and comprehensive supporting model for the aged in rural areas with family and land supporting for the aged as the basis,the social security insurance as the core,and the commercial security insurance as the supplement should be established.
