摘要
实践教学在高等农业院校教育中占有特殊地位,对培养"具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质应用型人才"具有重要意义。针对地方高等农业院校实践教学中存在的问题,结合仲恺农业工程学院的改革与实践,从加强对实践教学工作重要性的认识、实践教学体系的构建、师资队伍建设、实践教学基本条件建设以及实践教学质量管理等五方面,对如何提高实践教学实效进行了阐述。
Practical teaching played a special role in agricultural colleges education,and had a great significance for the cultivating＂personnel with the innovative spirit and practical ability of high-quality application-oriented＂.Aiming at the problems of teaching practical in local agricultural colleges and universities,and combined with the reform and practical of Zhongkai College of Agricultural and Engineering,how to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching in five aspects were expounded as follows,enhancing understanding of the importance of practical teaching,construction of practical teaching system,building of the contingent of teachers,construction of the basic conditions and quality management of practical teaching.
