甲型H1N1流感患者T细胞亚群的变化特点(附67例报告) 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨甲型H1N1流感患者发病期和恢复期T细胞亚群变化特点。方法采用美国BD公司生产的Fascalibur流式细胞仪检测甲型H1N1流感患者发病期及恢复期外周血CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞,并与对照组进行比较。结果研究组发病期、恢复期和对照组CD4+T、CD8+T淋巴细胞绝对数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中研究组发病期CD4+T、CD8+T淋巴细胞绝对数明显低于恢复期和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);恢复期与对照组CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对数间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但恢复期CD8+T淋巴细胞绝对数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同治疗方法的患者治疗前后CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞绝对数的差值间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲型H1N1流感患者发病期细胞免疫功能显著下降,4种治疗方法对T细胞亚群的影响没有差异,临床工作中要注意危重并发症的防治。 Objective To study the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with influenza A ( H1 N1 ) . Methods The CD4^+ and CD8^+ T lymphocytes were counted in eruption and recovery stages in patients with influenza A (H1N1) and healthy controls using flow cytometer ( FCM ). The results were compared between these two groups. Results The amounts of CD4^ + and CD8^ + T lymphocytes were significantly different among the influenza A ( H1 N1) patients in eruption and recovery stages and the healthy controls ( all P 〈 0. 05 ) . The amounts of CD4^+ T lymphocyte and CD8^+ T lymphocyte of influenza A ( H1N1 ) patients in the eruption stage was significantly lower than those in the recovery stage and those of the healthy controls ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The amount of CD4^ + T lymphoeytes in patients in recovery stage was not significantly different from that of healthy controls ( P 〉 0. 05 ), while the amount of CD8^+ T lymphocyte of patients in recovery stage was significantly larger than that of the healthy controls ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The amounts of CD4^+ T lymphocyte and CD8^+ T lymphocyte were not significantly different among patients receiving different treatment strategies ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The cellular immune function decreased in the eruption stage of influenza A ( H1N1) . Treatment methods does not affect T lymphocyte subsets. Severe complications should be carefully monitored and managed in clinical practice.
