摘要
2009年10月发生的历时仅11天的河北容城"艾滋女"事件很快落幕了,但是在整个事件中,网络把关人没有尽到应尽的职责,使网络实际上变成了摧毁个人名誉的屠宰场,造成了极坏了社会影响。网络把关角色的弱化,会造成虚假信息泛滥、垃圾信息成灾以及网络暴力等现象出现,影响了网络媒体的社会公信力。因此,必须从把关者个人素质、社会制度建设等方面规范网络传播行为。
The ＂HIV Woman＂ event taking place in October, 2009 experienced a short life span of only 11 days. However, because of the neglect of network inspection in the transmission of this news, the network actually became a destroying machine for personal reputation and resulted in undesirable social impacts. The misconduct of network inspection will lead to false information, junk information and cyber bully, which will definitely affect the public credibility of network media. Therefore, we should control the online transmission through the qualifications of network editors and the establishment of social systems.
