摘要
目的：了解本院门诊处方不合理用药情况，提高药师指导医师和病人合理用药的能力。方法：采用回顾性分析，对我院2009年1～6月门诊两药处方进行随机抽查，挑选出不合理用药处方进行归类分析。结果：不合理用药主要出现在药物的剂型、用法及相互作用方面。结论：门诊用药基本合理，但也存在一定程度的不合理用药现象，临床医生要加强药物合理应用的再学习，药师应具备药学综合知识，加强用药指导。
Objective： To learn the improper drug use of prescriptions of the outpatient service in our hospital and to improve the abilities of pharmacists advice on the qualified doctors and the patients proper drug use in our hospital. Method ： A use of retrospective analysis. The western medicine drug prescriptions of the outpatient service in our hospital from January to June in 2009 were sampled randomly and selected and the prescriptions of improper drug use were classified and analyzed. Results ： Improper drug use mainly appears in the aspects of dosage, regimen, and interaction of the drugs. Conclusion： Outpatient service is basically proper but there are some degree phenomenon of the improper drug use, so clinicians should strengthen the study of the proper drug use again and the phar- macists should have pharmacy synthesis knowledge and the instruction on enhancement of drug use.
