摘要
从构建和谐社会的现实背景出发,介绍了企业社会责任的概念,企业社会责任是构建和谐社会的内在要求,和谐社会与企业社会责任有共同的价值目标,构建和谐社会离不开企业社会责任的建设,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
From the Practical background of building a harmonious society, this paper introduces the concept of corporate social responsibility. Enterprise social responsibility is an inherent requirement of building a harmonious society. Harmonious society and enterprise social responsibility have the common value target; the building of harmonious society can not be separated of enterprise social responsibility. On this basis, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
