摘要
目的研究白龙须挥发性成分的化学组成。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白龙须中的挥发性化学成分,气相色谱-质谱联用法分离并分析鉴定其成分及相对含量。结果共鉴定出51个化合物,占挥发油色谱总峰面积的85.05%。结论其中含量较高的组分有:反-11-十六烯酸(25.45%),2-己基-1-癸醇(17.40%),胆甾醇(16.31%),邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(3.61%),邻苯二甲酸单异辛酯(3.40%),顺-9-十八碳烯酸(2.12%),2-烯丙基-1,4-二甲氧基-3-乙烯基氧甲基苯(2.00%),水杨醛(1.46%),反,反-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(1.15%),共9种物质。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of volatiles from Disporum bodinieri ( Levi. et Vaut. ) Wang et Tang. Methods The volatiles of Disporum bodinieri( Levl. et Vaut. ) Wang et Tang were extracted through steam distillation, and then the constituents were separated by GC and identified by MS. Results 51 compounds were identified, accounting for 85.05% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion The main components include Z - 11 - Hexadecenoic acid (25.45%), 2 - Hexyl - 1 - decanol ( 17.40% ), Cholesterin ( 16.31% ), Di (2 - ethylhexyl) phthalate (3.61%), Mono (2 - ethylhexyl) phthalate ( 3.40% ), (E) -9 - Octadecenoic acid (2.12%), 2 - Allyl - 1,4 - dimethoxy - 3 - vinyloxymethylbenzene (2.00%), Salicylaldehyde (1.46%), (Z,Z)9,12 -Octadecadienoic acid (1.15%).
