摘要
组织沉默现象渗透于各类组织,它给组织和员工个人都带来了诸多负面影响。组织沉默研究伴随负面组织行为研究而兴起,并与进谏行为研究齐头并进,共同构成组织自愿行为研究。本研究介绍了组织沉默的概念、影响因素和组织沉默对员工个人和组织的影响,并对未来研究做了讨论。
Organizational silence is prevalent in organizations,it caused plenty of deleterious influences for organizations and employees.The study of organizational silence arised with the studies of negative organizational behaviors,and it develops with the study of voice behavior,which constitute the realm of organizational voluntary behavior study.The paper introduced the conceptualization of organizational silence,the producing mechanisms and the effects of silence for organizations and employees.Future researches were discussed finally.
