高温大容量井下存储式电子压力计的设计 被引量:5

摘要 存储式压力计下井后工作方式不能改变,压裂作业常常与作业计划不一致,如果井下测试仪器存储容量不足,容易使希望记录和保存的压裂施工时间段的井下压力、温度等数据不完整,为此设计了高温大容量井下存储式电子压力计。该压力计由上位计算机、井下测试仪2个相对独立的部分组成,上位计算机完成井下测试仪标定、初始参数设置等,井下测试仪以单片机为核心,由信号采集/放大电路、存储器阵列及"供电/通信"复用接口等组成,对压裂过程中的井下温度、压力等参数进行检测、存储。实验室条件下耐高温测试表明,该仪器最高耐温达到120℃。长庆油田庄161-47井的压裂测试记录表明该电子压力计井下工作正常。 The borehole storage-style pressure gauge cannot change its operating mode and the fracturing operation is often not in agreement with the operation plan.If the capacity of storage of borehole testing instruments is insufficient,the data concerning the borehole pressure and temperature within the fracture operation duration which are expected to record and keep may be incomplete.Accordingly,a kind of high-temperature and big-capacity borehole storage electronic pressure gauge was designed.The gauge consists of two relatively independent parts: host computer and borehole tester.The former completes the calibration of the latter and the setting of initial parameters.The latter has the single-chip microcomputer as its major part,consisting of signal collection and amplification circuit,memory arrays and multiplex interface of power supply and communication.It detects and stores the parameters such as borehole temperature and pressure in the process of fracturing.The high temperature resistance test under laboratory conditions shows that the maximum high temperature resistance of the instrument reaches 120 ℃.The fracture test records in Well Zhuang 161-47 show that the borehole gauge works properly.
